Jessica Simpson Formal Black and Royal Blue Dress - Size 6/fits 8

Size 6. Like new. Sleeveless, black bodice with blue skirt. Features a black velvet belt with a rhinestone embellishment. Great for many occasions and would be stunning for the holiday season. From what I see, 3 black small embellishments fell off the belt buckle (not noticeable) but I have 2 of them to glue back on if desired. Has pockets!!
