Jessica Simpson Great Gatsby/ 20s fringe dress

Size 14. 30” waist 54” long from shoulder to end of fringe (38” excluding the fringe). Is made with black lace that has tiny specks of metallic thread. Never worn. Would be a great dress for any party especially as we roll into the 20s!
