Jessica Simpson Navy/Black Bow Dress pls read

100% linen, fully lined navy dress by Jessica Simpson with black bows on the front. It has pockets! The halter is adjustable with 3 snaps behind the neck. The dress tag is size 12, BUT it was too big for me so I had it altered. However, it remained too big so I am giving it up. Still in excellent condition Measurements are: 16.5" across waist 18" across chest flat (but seams allow for bigger) 29" length from underarm.
