@michele7875 hi there! the dress measures 21" from the waistline. If you look closely at the pictures the waist is defined by a grosgrain ribbon so I measured from that. I can't answer your question exactly because I'm thinking it would depend on your height. I'm 5'2" and it falls just below my knee. If you look at the picture of the model in the white dress she's probably 5'9" ish. Hope that helps. Thanks for looking and feel free to make an offer if you're interested.
