Jessica Super cute A-line skirt

Beautiful A-line skirt featuring butter yellow background, fuchsia, purple, orange, pale green and light blue floral detail. Looks like a hand drawing with images of cafés and roses below. Nice piping detail across hip line with two buttons above. Side zipper closure. Waist line measures 17 1/2 inches. Length 23 inches from waist. Small line or snag in fabric hard to see but is shown in last picture.
