Jessica knee high fit and flare satin skirt size 14

- gorgeous skirt - satin finish, knee high length, fully lined - jewel tones with hues of blue, turquoise, black and purple - size large on tag but waist is 17" flat (34 total which is a size 14). I'm a 12 and it's too big for me. -Vintage but looks new
