This beautiful, black lacy blouse by Jessica is a size 1X and extremely flattering! It has a fully lined shell attached beneath, with a tie that can be tightened at the narrowest part of you beneath your chest to offer the perfect fit. Soft and flowy, yet comfortable with a cross v-neck, it would be great for the office or even more dressy events, but is plenty comfortable.
