Jijil Italian Brand Jacquard Peacock / Scales Green and Blue Fitted Dress XS fit

I never wore this dress so it's technically like new. However, there are multiple small runs throughout, front and back - see pics. The largest run is on the back - see before last photo. I'd say it's pretty normal with this type of fabric. The runs are not noticeable when wearing. (I have lots of dresses made of this kind of fabric and I usually control new runs by very quickly passing a flame over them.) Contemporary Italian brand. Fully lined. Epaulette style sleeves. Gorgeous muted peacock fabric. The fabric feels satiny. It has no stretch and the waist is fitted. To give a sense of fit, I'm a true S and this is too tight for me - it fits me fine but I can't work the zipper. If someone else zips me up, it fits ok but my range of motion is restricted. I'd say that the dress fits like a true XS.
