By independent Queen St. W. Toronto designer from the 90s, Jim Pope, who paired up with Lana Lowon to become Lowon Pope designs. Party vest in semi-sparkly black & white paisley fabric, fully lined, fitted. Excellent condition except for a stain in the front, see last picture. I haven't tried dry-cleaning.
