Joan Jett & The Blackhearts Unbranded Shirt

Unbranded Joan Jett shirt, no material tag but seems to be workout shirt material type, possibly polyester/spandex. Some of the lettering runs into the seam of sleeve, see photo. Tag says medium but fits closer to a size small. Size: M PTP: 19" Shoulder to hem: 25"
