It has a built in bra The skort has nylon shorts under a wrap around skirt. This outfit is in like new condition. The top is a size XL and is 18 inches from armpit to armpit and 23 inches from shoulder to hem. The bottoms are size L and have a 32 inches waist any is 17 and a half inches in total length.
