Joe Fresh Midi-length “cold-shoulder” dress

Beautiful greenish-blue dress with “cold-shoulder” style. Elasticize neckline and attached waist tie-up. Full disclosure: one of the thread loops for the tie-up is broken on one side (does not affect wear). Also, there is a tiny pin-hole on each side of the neck from a brooch (see last pic) Note: NOT visible (they are too tiny). Otherwise excellent condition.
