Joe Fresh black mini skirt

Adorable for winter...works perfectly with black tights for going out. Joe Fresh size 2. Waist is 13” laying flat and length is 18” back of skirt is elasticized. Thick velvet-like material with some sheen to it. In great used condition, the zipper and closure work well and the skirt has pockets!
