Joeffer Caoc Black Lace Skirt with Leather Waist

This beautiful black lace skirt is fully lined. It has a 3.5” leather waist band. I have worn it higher at the waist and also pulled it down to be at the hips. It works both ways. Looks great with a t-shirt and jean jacket as well as dressing it up for evening. Length is shown in photos. It’s about 26”. Made in Canada!
