Joes jeans flared jeans

Joes jeans No label so I’m not sure what style or size they are Guessing size 28 as they fit me but the waistband is tight. Waist approx 14” not doubled Inseam - 31.5” approx Dark wash Flared leg Zip fly Mid rise GUC - no stains, but some rips in the inner polka dot waistband, and one hole on upper thigh of left leg, as seen in photos.
