ailab @kissimeekate I am normally a size 8.5/9 and I had to size up to a 9.5 for these specific boots, but they fit me very well with no heel lifting. I hope that helps

ailab @kissimeekate when I measure the bottom of the shoe at the longest point it measures about 10.5 inches roughly 26.67 inches when I convert with Google!
