John Fluevog - The Gateway Jaffa Boot

Jaffa red. EUC, minor scuffs on the leather and sole as photographed. Style now discontinued. Size Men 5.5 but fits like a 7 women’s. I’m a size 7.5 and they fit me, but would be more comfortable on a 6.5-7 if you wear thicker socks. The almond toe makes them rather narrow so I’d suggest size 6.5-7 as ideal. Only selling because my foot grew and they’re no longer comfortable. Measurements (approximate) Widest part: 9.5 - 10 cm Length of shoe (end of heel to toe): 26.5 cm The story behind the boot: Many years ago, John found himself walking along the historic walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, and happened upon the stone portal Jaffa Gate. Also known as Gate of the Friend, John was inspired to draw up designs for a simple, military boot with gorgeous buttery Italian leathers. Using 19th century traditional methods, the lace-up Jaffa Boots featured leather soles, leather heel lifts, and a timeless almond toe shape.
