pluschgreen @donnamurphy937 11” outside (toe to heel) and inside is around 10”. Difficult to measure inside. They fit like a 7 or 7 1/2 (narrower foot)

pluschgreen @donnamurphy937 the calf is not too bad. With the laces you can adjust them. If you have larger calves you may need longer laces. I am 5’8” and 150lbs and lift weights and run. They fit my calves.
