4seasons1day @heatheretti Hello and thanks so much for your interest and your question. Because the waist is a little elasticized, and the top has the zip-up portion, I'd say it's got some wiggle room size-wise. My Judy is a size 2-4 and the top is not tight on her. So I'd say somewhere in between a 4 and 6! But it's not a large top.
