Johnathan Martin short summer dress, size

very colourful, short summer dress, floral white, orange, green, blue, yellow, pinks, size 16, 19"wide 33.5" long, there is a pic of the hem where some thread coming out, I do not have a sewing machine so I did attempt to fix it, would rather leave it to the professionals. Otherwise the dress is in mint condition and is very pretty. Too small, and seems more like a size 14 than 16
