Joie Pleated Skirt

Lovely pleated and flowy skirt by Joie with a spotted design. Size small with a stretchy elastic waist. It is also lined. EUC! No flaws to note but it does have loopholes for a belt which I no longer have. The loops blend into the rest of the skirt and are not noticeable (see last two photos for reference).
