Joie pleated black and white, lined, lightweight, long pull-on skirt

This black and white striped Joie pleated skirt is both elegant and comfortable. The fabric is a lightweight, lined, chiffon-like material and it’s a pull-on design with an elastic waist which makes it super easy to wear. Can be dressed up or dressed down. Brand new with tags.
