Jolibel Skirt

Beautiful detailed skirt, soft and flowing. Zipper located in the back is trimmed with a soft faux leather to give the skirt an elegant touch. The shell is 66% Nylon, 30% Rayon, 4% spandex, the lining is 100% polyester. Hand wash in cold water, do not bleach and dry flat or may be dry cleaned. The size tag has been cut out, the waist measurement is 33 inches. This skirt has been worn several times but is still in great condition.
