Jones New York Black Dress - Sz 16W

Stunning dress from Jones New York. Gathered waistband that cinches in the front. The V-neck has a slight faux wrap style that hangs down the front in a waterfall effect. I've lightened one of the photos to show this detail. Very good/excellent condition.
