Jones New York black and white pleated flowy knee length skirt. Size 12

Beautiful spring summer pleated skirt. Is a little fitted at the top and then large pleats below to five a nice flow with movement. Hidden side zipper. Has a thin lining. Light discoloration/ stains around the waist. Was recently dry cleaned.
