Jones New York silk floral skirt, size 14

Jones New York floral skirt, size 14. 100% silk. Skirt is fully lined. There are two small string belt loops but I purchased this without a belt. It would be easy to add your own or just cut off the loops if desired. Note: in the photo on the mannequin, the skirt is clipped back to fit the mannequin (mannequin is a size small or extra small).
