Jones Studio Black Skirt, sz 14

Elegant black skirt with layers all around Back kick pleat Side zipper, sticks a bit don't know why EUC, fully lined Waist 18 " Hips 23" Length 25", but could be shorten 100% polyester but says dry cleaning. I have hand washed and laid it on towels to dry. Doesn't fit anymore.
