the shoes are a women's 7.5 or men's size 6 US. They were worn maybe twice, the scuffing happens very easily as it is meant to peel to reveal an ornamental pattern underneath (please see attached photo of the paper explaining this). You can also intentionally scratch the outer layer off to reveal the pattern more quickly.
