esorfleet Is there enough stretch at the top of the skirt, under the waistband, to alter the skirt to fit a wider waistband? Thanks.

90flashred the polyester has no strech to it. But I think the waist band could be altered on the sides to add a panel to make the waist go to 34 inches. That would make the top section a bit strait or you coul place the waist band lower and that would reduce the lenght. My waist is 28 1/2 inches and thighs are 39 1/2 inches and it fits great.
