No rips, stains, or tears. From a very clean smoke free home. Sz 6. Really pretty, comfortable too. Great from the office to evening. Shoulder to shoulder across back 16.5”, bottom of collar to hem 24”, sleeve length 23”. Shoulder pad tacked in which is easy to remove if you choose to do so.
