Vintage 90s Joseph Ribkoff Evening Cocktail Party Dress Union Made Lined Size 12 Beautiful dress with rosette detail on chest. The stretch fabric zips up the back and has a  lined bubble skirt. Photos do not do it justice. Union made in Canada in the 90s. It  is in good condition given its age. Tagged size 12.
