Joseph Ribkoff Gala Dress, Black, crinoline underneath, off the shoulders, Sz 12

This is the perfect dress for a Gala, New Year’s Eve. or another special occasion. It is in excellent used condition. The pictures don’t do the dress justice. It is a black dress, though lighting makes it look a bit on the gray/ blue side. The collar area feels and looks like satin. It has structure, so we’ll sit on your shoulders nicely. The torso area looks and feels like a jersey knit, it has lots of four-way stretch The skirt is light and airy, and is made of a chiffon like fabric. With the crinoline underneath it will move beautifully when you walk. The sleeves are three-quarter length and and with a rolled up cuff with a bit of bling. It has a hidden zipper in the back. the back collar is structured so that it closes with a hook and eye about an inch above where the zipper starts. Please measure to be sure☹️ Pit to pit is 16 1/2 inches The waist is 26 inches Measured from the top of the shoulder, the dress is 46 inches long.
