Joseph Ribkoff black and white Graffiti print tunic top. Oversized design with dropped shoulders, 3/4 length sleeves and unique hi-lo hem with contrast bands. Bands cross over at the sides. Jersey knit poly spandex fabric- the standard for Ribkoff. Approx meas flat across: underarm to underarm- 25”. Waist- 24.5”. Hip- 26.5”. Length: 27” front, 29” back NOTE: this does fit oversized and could be worn by 12 or 14 if you prefer a less oversized fit. It works for me at size 14 Pre-owned and in great condition
