Joseph Ribkoff Little Black Tiered Dress

Beautiful layered little black dress by Joseph Ribkoff. Slide on, no zipper. Lots of stretch. Fully lined. Collar similar to a cowl neck. In good condition except for little tiny holes in the seam under the ruffles; you don't see them at all unless the dress is upside down (see last 2 pictures).
