Joseph Ribkoff Petal dress

Sleeveless, rounded neckline. Has a woven ruching detail at the fitted waistline and features a rounded panel on one side of the skirt that falls midcalf and overlays a shorter skirt that falls above the knee. Measures pit to pit 18”. Longest from waist is 37 1/2” and shortest from waist is 21”. Overall length is 50” from top to bottom. I am 5’4” and this dress was great. Anyone under 5’9” would be fine in this dress. Worn once at a wedding. I will include the sheer shrug that I bought specifically for this dress. Super cute.
