Joseph Ribkoff Red Polka Dot Dress

Lovely red polka dot dress with ruched design at the waist! It has been well loved by me and worn about 10 times, but is still in excellent condition. Fabric contents unknown. I bought this at a consignment store near where I live. Would love to see it go to a new home. :) All measurements taken while laying flat.
