No material tags inside but the tank underneath feels like a soft jersey. It is a light pink and black stripe and is attached to the what feels like a chiffon black cover. The black cover is very flowy and is open on both sides and can be closed with single button(each side) Good condition. Very slight pill on the tank underneath but not that noticeable. Overall nice condition. This Joseph Ribkoff top has a tie for around the neck. Can be worn with it up or tuck it in if you don't want to see that. Comfortable and soft Size 8 Measurements in pictures
