Joseph Ribkoff TOP w. Lace Bell sleeves NEVER WORN.

Bought brand new from Bellisima Fashions and never worn. No inner tags, as I removed them. Please refer to the measurements below. It is more of a fitted peasant type blouse with lace bell sleeves and lace around the neck. Elasticized around the neck so it can be worn off the shoulder. Has a rough looking lace at the edges of the lace itself. Black. Non-stretchy fabric. Polyester material. No stretch. Slightly sheer. Approximate measurements laid FLAT: Pit to pit 24" Length from back is 26" (the bottom hem scoops in the front and back. The front is longer by 1"). The waist area is 23" (a slightly fitted shape). Bicep area of the sleeve is 7.5" across (laid flat). Unsure of tag size but is probably a 16 or a small fitting 18. No returns. Thanks for looking!
