Joseph Ribkoff Top

Beautiful navy blue pre-loved top by Joseph Ribkoff. Unfortunately there is no fabric tag. But the material is stretchy. Nice white stipe along the sides, bottom of hem and neckline. Bottom hem is asymmetrical. Measurements are approximately: pit to pit 21” (with stretch) longest part of bottom hem is 31”, shoulder to hem is 26” on average due to the asymmetry. Made in Canada.
