Joseph Ribkoff White Off-the-Shoulder Blouse

White, off-the-shoulder blouse from Joseph Ribkoff. Very billowy and beautiful. No material tag, but the bottom tier of the shirt/sleeves definitely feels like silk to me. Some minor imperfections in the silk (pictured). Size medium. The width of the top of the blouse is 16 inches (laying flat and un-stretched).
