Joseph Ribkoff casual dress

This made in Canada by designer Joseph Ribkoff is a very stylish wear to work or play dress. The top is chiffon with a ruffle neck and tie. The back is pleated with 3 tiny buttons at the neck closure. The bottom of the dress is plaid and a stretchy wool (I believe) and quite flattering. Dress it up or down and look great!
