Joseph Ribkoff evening gown black tie sparkle sz 16

Joseph Ribkoff short sleeve velvet evening gown for events and weddings. Top is sheer but lined, also a silver thread gives the top a little sparkle and the skirt bottom is black velvet with a front slit. Vintage sizing, check measurements, is slightly fitted through waist but skirt is a stretchable knit. Very good used condition minor signs of wear. Measurements laying flat . . .
