Joseph Ribkoff flared midi skirt

This dark navy skirt is in great preloved condition. Skirt is flared at the bottom with a side slit. Easy pull on skirt with elastic waist. No Composition tag but is very stretchy so probably polyester and spandex mix. Skirt is marked size 8, but with the stretch could easily fit a 10. Waist lying flat is 14 1/2” - easily stretches to 16” Length is 30 1/2”
