Joseph Ribkoff navy shift dress with white cutouts

Retro nautical tank dress. Slinky material. Navy blue, with white trim, and a series of three circular cutouts with white borders. First circle would show some skin, second and third are part of an overlay, and only the navy material shows through underneath. Fabric/care tag has been removed, but feels like a synthetic. Fabric is stretchy. In good used condition with no known flaws. Approximate measurements (Laying Flat) PTP 17" Waist 15 1/2"
