Joseph ribkoff black off the shoulder dress. All tags removed, but it was mine. Worn once to a wedding where I managed not to spill anything on it. Flamenco sleeve. Bust has cups so no need for a bra. Silicone band around top to keep it in place. Unlined polyester. It’s a showstopper of a dress. Ptp17 W18 L351/2
