Joseph Ribkoff opaque, lightweight, flowy, feminine black and ivory blouse

This blouse from Joseph Ribkoff is in excellent used condition. It has a lacy embellishment around the neckline which follows down the front opening, which is fastened by six buttons. The same embellishment is on the sleeves. The sleeves are floppy, as is the hemline of the blouse. This blouse is meant to be worn outside your skirt or pants. This piece doesn’t have a fabric tag, but it has lots of two way stretch. I would wash this on delicate in a lingerie bag, and hang it to dry. This is made of a wrinkle free fabric.
