This striped blouse designed by Joseph Ribkoff features a relaxed tie front waist, full-length front button closure, a soft V-neckline and a three-quarter length sleeve that ties up in a button for a shorter length. BELT BUCKLE IS MISSING. The original piece had a belt buckle that held the tie front in place. It's missing, that is pretty much the only flaw this blouse has. The front knot still stays in place and gives it a more casual look. You could always replace it with a light plastic buckle if you wish.
