NWT never worn. Beautiful TEAL coloured sheath dress. Poly Lycra blend body with asymmetrical chiffon overlay. Upper arm cutouts lend versatility. Put arms through openings for a sleeveless look, or keep them inside the overlay for just a hint of upper arm showing. Single row of rhinestones around edge of chiffon. A little bit body-con with a lot of clever camouflage.
