Joseph Ribkoff vintage 1990's studded formal dress. Black jersey formal dress. Maxi length. Fitted style, stretchy. Tiny silver studs cascading down from the neck, very pretty. High neck. Two fabric buttons at back of neck, above a dramatic open keyhole back. Zips up below that. Built in shelf-bra, so this can easily be worn without a bra.
