These look cropped - but you indicated the length is 36" - is that the inseam or perhaps an outer seam (waist to ankle) measurement?

@trishibearwear 36.5" from the top of the waistband, inseam is 26.5". I'm 5'9" and they fit pretty cropped when I tried them on!
